Travel planning services
Wanderlust With Mrs. Waters provides travel planning and advisory services and works with third-party travel suppliers to arrange travel products and experiences.
Prices, availability, and changes
Prices, availability, promotions, schedules, itineraries, and supplier terms may change until confirmed and booked. All details should be reviewed carefully before final payment.
Booking terms
Final booking terms, cancellation rules, refund rules, change fees, credits, and penalties are controlled by the applicable supplier and the specific booking terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, itinerary details, and documents for accuracy before booking. Travelers are also responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, identification, health requirements, and any destination-specific requirements.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be offered. Declining coverage can expose travelers to financial loss in the event of cancellation, interruption, illness, or other covered situations.
Limitations of liability
Wanderlust With Mrs. Waters is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, service failures, weather, government actions, force majeure events, supplier changes, or other events outside reasonable control.
Payments
Payments may be processed by suppliers, host agency systems, or authorized payment providers according to the applicable booking process.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, upgrades, amenities, availability, or uninterrupted travel. Every trip depends on supplier policies and conditions at the time of travel.
